Easy to consume , just pop em in your mouth

These were a joy to try, you just pop a couple in your mouth and your good to go drink with water of course, much easier than using the powders, I could find myself using these as an every day supplement, it seems to help a lot with anxiety and depression, of course it’s not a miracle elixir that fixes everything but it makes life not be so sad all the time when I’m alone, I’m calmer and it helps me deal with situations when I’m stressed.
