How are the Lowest Prices Possible? 

How is it that we can bring you lower prices? Simple. When we save money, we want to pass on those savings to you. We really have you, our ETHA extended family, to thank for getting this ball rolling. When we first rolled out our subscription program, we had no idea what a success you would help it to become. In the months since we initiated our subscription program, we have seen the subscription numbers grow daily. As such, this has allowed us to completely restructure our prior relationships with our kratom harvesters. In the past, since we could not plan ahead and did not know what orders would come in, we would place more orders with our harvesters, but each smaller in number. Consequently, this cost us more money. We have to pay the harvesters for their time each time and of course, the shipping costs each time.

With more consistency of orders through subscriptions, we have also been able to reduce our manufacturing cost. Our team can work single production operations longer without having to switch to new operations frequently. For example, we can pasteurize kratom leaves for a full day rather than pasteurizing, filtering, and mixing/blending in the same day. This ‘batch processing’ reduces the overall production time by eliminating the need to switch processing steps. This can only be done if we have enough volume of orders.

We now have a much clearer idea of specifically what products are needed each month and as such can plan ahead. This planning ahead allows us to place fewer orders with the harvesters, but each larger in volume. Subscriptions require payment by credit card. Due to kratom’s current status in the financial industry, there are restrictions:

  • Only Visa or MasterCard accepted
  • No gift cards or pre-paid cards
  • Shipping addresses have to match Billing Addresses listed on the credit card account

Common Subscription Errors

  • UNABLE TO RENEW SUBSCRIPTIONS BEFORE JULY 29, 2022 – ETHA switched credit card processing provider on July 29, 2022. This potentially created issues for subscriptions before that date. We could not move active subscriptions to our new merchant. That would compromise customer payment information. We take privacy and data security seriously. The subscriptions are still active, but they cannot process payment and so are placed on hold.
    • Resolution Option 1 – Login to your ETHA account>Click on the ORDERS tab>Select your subscription order>Select the order under “Related Subscription”>Click on CHANGE PAYMENT>Enter a credit card>Click RENEW NOW
    • Resolution Option 2 – Sign up for a new subscription. Your new subscription will be directed to our current, secure credit card processing merchant. We also recommend you login to your ETHA account and cancel your current subscription. If you would like us to cancel it for you, please let us know.
  • CREDIT CARD ERROR – ETHA’s new merchant partner utilizes the latest software to automatically update customer credit cards when there are changes. However, the system does not always work. Issues like an expired credit card will not allow a subscription renewal order to process.
    • Resolution – If your credit card has recently changed, please login to your ETHA account>Click on the ORDERS tab>Select your subscription order>Select the order under “Related Subscription”>Click on CHANGE PAYMENT>Enter a new credit card or update your current card>Click RENEW NOW.

      1. Hi, I was feeling odd after taking the Kratom extract tea which is why I was going to cancel. However, it seems to be working much better now so I’ll keep the subscription going. If I have any more headachy or odd feelings, I will then cancel, afterward. The last couple times I’ve used it helped me very much. Thanks for your time, Scott

    1. Thanks for reaching out Sheri. To adjust your subscription, we recommend logging into your account on the ETHA website and pulling up your subscription. To ensure there is not an issue, we recommend canceling your current subscription and creating a new one with the items you want at the frequency you want. Adjusting a subscription can sometimes lead to issues. Canceling and redoing a new subscription works for everyone. If you run into any issues, please contact the Customer Service team at LIVE FULLY!

  3. I’m also going to ask how to locate my subscription, because it’s impossible to find. I went to my account, and subscriptions are not listed anywhere that I can see. I’ve clicked on every link within my profile. Please give me a better/more detailed instruction than in the replies above, because I really tried. This is all I see (cut and paste):

  4. I am a regular customer and have been trying to re-order for 2 weeks. I have left several voicemails and emails and have had NO response. I’m extremely disappointed. Every time I try to order it says “ sorry, you are unable to order at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience. Reach out to one of our members“. I have been trying to reach out for two weeks now….
