ETHA utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS for shipping. When you place an order, you will be given your USPS and UPS shipping options.
- Priority Mail Express = Typically 1-2 Days
- Priority Mail = Typically 1-3 Days
- First-Class Mail = Typically 3-5 Days
- Priority International Shipping = Typically 6-10 Days depending on country
- UPS Ground = Typically 1-5 Days
- UPS 2rd-Day Air = Typically 1-3 Days
- UPS Next Day Air = Typically 1-2 Days
- UPS Worldwide Express = Typically 1-3 Days (mornings)
- UPS Worldwide Saver = Typically 1-4 Days (afternoons)
Once an order has been submitted, we typically ship within 24 hours. We do not ship orders over the weekend.
ETHA guarantees we will ship your order with the shipping method you select. We do NOT guarantee that your order will arrive in the estimated time frame. We do not have control over USPS or UPS shipping or how they process shipments. If you have issues, please contact your local USPS or UPS location. ETHA Natural Botanicals ships throughout the world excluding the following locations:
– US States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin
– US Cities and Counties: San Diego, CA, Denver, CO, Alton and Jerseyville, IL, Union County and Columbus, MS, and Sarasota County, Florida.
– Countries: Australia, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Thailand, and Vietnam
We do not ship partial orders. If an item is back-ordered and you wish to receive a partial shipment, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
If an order is returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if an order is not delivered by UPS or USPS, ETHA will reship another order only after working with the customer to determine a way to ensure the order will arrive. And, if an order has been confirmed as delivered, ETHA is not responsible for the shipment.
