Shipping Policy

ETHA utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS for shipping.  When you place an order, you will be given your USPS and UPS shipping options.    

USPS:

  • Economy = USPS First-Class Shipping = Typically 5-8 Days (No Tracking)
  • Standard = USPS Ground Advantage = Typically 2-5 Days
  • Express = USPS Priority Mail = Typically 2-4 Days
  • Express = USPS Priority Express = 1-2 Days

UPS:

  • UPS Ground = Typically 1-5 Days
  • UPS 2rd-Day Air = Typically 1-3 Days
  • UPS Next Day Air = Typically 1-2 Days
  • UPS Worldwide Express = Typically 1-3 Days (mornings)
  • UPS Worldwide Saver = Typically 1-4 Days (afternoons)

Once an order has been submitted, we typically ship within 24 hours. We do not ship orders over the weekend. 

ETHA guarantees we will ship your order with the shipping method you select.  We do NOT guarantee that your order will arrive in the estimated time frame.  We do not have control over USPS or UPS shipping or how they process shipments.  If you have issues, please contact your local USPS or UPS location. Free Sample Starter Bundle Shipping:

To keep cost down, standard shipping for Starter Bundles is by USPS First-Class. Keep in mind that there is no tracking with USPS First-Class. It can also take a bit longer for your Starter Bundle to arrive. If you want faster shipping with tracking, please select USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or UPS.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

ETHA Natural Botanicals ships throughout the world excluding the following locations:

– US States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin

– US Cities and Counties: San Diego and Oceanside, CA; Denver, CO; Alton and Jerseyville, IL; Union County and Columbus, MS; and Sarasota County, Florida.

– Countries: Australia, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Thailand, New Zealand, and Vietnam

We do not ship partial orders. If an item is back-ordered and you wish to receive a partial shipment, please contact our customer service at support@ethanaturals.com.

If an order is returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues shipping fees are non-refundable.  However, if an order is not delivered by UPS or USPS, ETHA will reship another order only after working with the customer to determine a way to ensure the order will arrive.  And, if an order has been confirmed as delivered, ETHA is not responsible for the shipment.

GROWING KNOWLEDGE

We understand the importance of horticulture as it sheds light on a plant's medicinal potential. That's why we grow our own botanicals like Kratom. Plant morphology can vary tremendously. It is based on environmental factors such as: soil conditions, amount of sunlight, frequency of available water, natural fertilization, pollution levels, and even what is living within the plant.  Any human contact and interaction with the plant will also impact the plant.

Additional factors, such as how it is harvested, processed, where it is stored, and how long it sits on shelves are also important to consider. These factors can impact how the plant develops, matures, and reproduces. Understanding what happens at the molecular level to the bio-active alkaloids is also important. 

These differences can be very subtle and even invisible to the eye. Nevertheless, these factors can be extremely important to the effectiveness and safety of your botanical products.
